  • Proper check of employees and visitors to prevent thefts and industrial espionage, mischief and violence.
  • Check on proper locking on all containers and rooms, housing computers & important records after office hour.
  • Verification of suspected personnel and contractors as per instructions of the management.
  • Custody of key/duplicate keys with proper records.
  • Supervision of shredding and burning of documents whenever called for.

MAINTENANCE OF RECORDS

  • Standing Orders.
  • Duty register and charge register.
  • Names and addresses of management and other important staff.
  • Telephone no’s of concerned govt. and civic authorities.
  • Incoming and outgoing material register as per challan.
  • Visitor registers.
  • Vehicle register for the company and visitors.
  • Occurrence Book.
  • Contract labour records.
  • Issues of store items for internal use.
  • Records of key/ duplicate keys.
  • History sheers to firefighting equipment.
  • Other records as per specific requirement.

SUPERVISION

The hierarchy however allows supervisors to take important decisions yet movement of Supervisors are closely monitored through regular contracts and relevant counseling is given as and when required. Our supervisors are accountable to get the feedback / inputs from customers and improvement is ensured by soonest possible ways.

COMMUNICATION

In order to effectively communicate within the guards group or between Guards & Supervisors, our workers is equipped with hand held walkie talkie & Handsets (Mobile Phone). We also have central monitoring station that words 24×7.

VIGILANCE

Security guards must remain alert to watch for abnormal activity or hear any unusual sounds. A security guards job is prevention. To do the job well, the security guard must be alert, listen and watch, In fact, security guard should be suspicious of any activity that may draw them away their post. It could be a plan to draw their attention from their duties.
